in a small gated complex with it's own private parking and shared
pool.
The apartment is bright and spacious with views of the mountains.
It has a large balcony area looking out on the gardens and pool
area.
The apartment is situated in a peaceful location just on the border
of the town centre of Alcossebre. All the local shops, an excellent
selection of restaurants and the marina are in walking distance.
Alcossebre has 5 beaches all with blue flag status. One of these,
Carregador, is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment is well equipped with all modern amenities including
air conditioning, heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, DVD and
satellite TV which can receive free to air UK channels. The master
bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required.
A £100 key/damage deposit is required and will be refunded
upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment and return of keys.
Balance of amount due must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your
departure date
Euro payment accepted.
