to 8 people it has 1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities
2nd bedroom has twin beds and so has the third
bedroom. The lounge has a large pull out double sofa bed.
The private
pool is floodlit and the patio has an outdoor barbecue area
with seating for 8 people. Subtle outdoor lighting providing
fantastic
views at night as well as during the day. The lounge opens
onto a covered terrace over looking the
floodlit swimming pool. It includes a private sun terrace which
is a lovely place to have breakfast whilst enjoying the sun
and stunning mountain scenery.

The Villa is 5 minutes away from Villalonga and
Ador, pleasant villages at the northern tip of the Costa
Blanca (the Costa del Azahar). A
variety of street cafes and restaurants, in the local villages
of Villalonga and Ador and a range of nightlife can be
found nearby in Gandia Playa. The Port of Gandia Its a city
with a rich historical heritage, which is reflected in its
monumental buildings and in the spirit of the local people.

Stunning scenery of mountains and orange groves on one
side and
the warm Mediterranean Sea on the other surrounds the

of Valencia (55 mins)and Alicante (90 mins) and 20 minutes from
the beaches
of Oliva, Gandia and Daimus. Casa Dean is just 20 minutes from
the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Gandia, Oliva and Daimus. Also
a short drive away is the bustling town of Gandia itself, located
at the northern tip of the Costa
Blanca (Costa del Azahar), where you can buy almost anything
in the wide range of shops and there are numerous and varied
restaurants.
When shopping with your credit card
in Spain you will generally need to produce your passport. Food
shopping is well catered for in the local village of Villalonga
(5 minutes drive). In the other direction is the village
of Ador. There
are a variety of street cafes and restaurants in the local
villages, but a more lively nightlife can be found nearby
in Gandia Playa, Playa Grau. Casa Dean is surrounded by stunning
scenery the extinct volcano
of
Safor towers above gently sloping wooded hills, decorated
by an abundance of wild flowers.
Orange groves surround the area of Monte Corona and a short
drive south is the beautiful Jalon valley with its abundance
of almond groves. As you drive down the coast with the
Mediteranean Sea on your left, after 45 minutes, you arrive
at Benidorm and its famous Terra Mitica theme park - its
