The Costa del Sol is a region which comprises of the coastal towns and communities in the Málaga province, along the coastline. It is in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. The name translates as "Coast of the Sun" in English

To rent on the Costa del sol might appear from the tourist brochures to be no more than crowded beaches, castles and Moorish palaces. Travel for any length of time, however, and the sheer variety of this huge country, which in the north can look like Ireland and in the south like Morocco, cannot fail to impress.
